“There’s training for everything—except being a parent,” says Christian Eineder, founder of easyfaM. “And yet the huge potential of using smart tools and methods to have less conflict, more relief, and more fun as a family is going untapped.”
As long-standing executives in international companies, Christian and his wife Heidi use a wide range of management methods there every day. To make their daily life significantly easier, they discovered the potential of agile methods for their own family and developed playful tools for family tasks.
“At first, we tried to make the methods so simple that our children would understand and like them. That was the first step,” Heidi Eineder recalls. And it worked well—so well, in fact, that families they were friends with immediately wanted to adopt the model for themselves. That’s how the idea for easyfaM was born! With the founding of their company and several tools for different age groups, Heidi and Christian Eineder give families fresh inspiration for a smoother family life together.
Routine for younger children: leaving the house on time and stress-free in the morning
Have you already washed and gotten dressed? “The lack of morning and evening routines in a family with younger children can often be measured in decibels,” Christian Eineder smiles. “When we as parents have to correct things, it often leads to arguments at the very moments when we all actually want a relaxed start to the day or a loving evening atmosphere. And it’s exactly for these phases that there’s now relief for every family.”
The process tool easyfaM Race puts playful motivation for children front and center. Step by step, the children move their game pieces alongside each other and follow the order the parents have placed on the coins. Even the argument about the right clothes fades into the background when the children want to be ahead of their parents at breakfast. The most critical phases are taken over by the Race : the morning and evening routine. This way, the children go to bed lovingly and without arguments—and sleep sweetly.
Cool techniques for life – with a big dash of love
“Our parent portal with coaching videos also supports parents with cool methods and effective tips for everyday family life,” adds Heidi Eineder, who appears on camera for the videos herself and shares her management know-how. In the coaching sessions, she shows—along with many other topics—together with her son, how to set up a student’s desk for optimal learning and how to agree on an IT family agenda. She provides guidance on which methods make good manners a matter of course, helps with “career guidance for young people” based on current future trends, and explains conflict-resolution methods without loud arguments, and much more.
